About NVO Forum MNE
FORUM MLADI I NEFORMALNA EDUKACIJA (Forum MNE) je aktivna u Crnoj Gori od 2002, prvo kao PRONI Institut za socijalnu edukaciju mladih, potom kao Forum Syd, a od marta 2007. godine kao Forum MNE. Forum MNE je 28. marta 2007, odlukom osnivačke skupštine Foruma MNE i odbora Forum Syd iz Švedske, prerastao u lokalnu organizaciju iz međunarodnog projekta. Forum MNE radi na polju razvoja lokalnih strategija za razvoj zajednica kroz neformalno obrazovanje i omladinski rad.
Od osnivanja, donator koji je podržavao najveći dio programa je SIDA – švedska agencija za međunarodni razvoj i saradnju. Od 2006. godine Forum MNE je ostvario saradnju sa velikim brojem međunarodnih i nacionalnih donatora kao što su ERSTE fondacija, Evropska komisija i Rockfeler Brothers Fondacija, a istovremeno započeo proces umrežavanja kako na lokalnom tako i nacionalnom i evropskom nivou.

Organizacija zapošljava šestnaest osoba, četiri pripravnika i ima mrežu od oko 250 omladinskih radnika i 100 volontera. Forum MNE obavlja svoje djelatnosti u dva prostora u Podgorici (centralna kancelarija i prostor Demokratskih radionica). Organizacijom upravlja odbor sastavljen od pet članova (u sekciji Forum MNE/upravni odbor možete naći detalje). Skupštinu organizacije čine predstavnici mladih ljudih/ grupacija mladih s kojima Forum MNE radi, partnerskih organizacija civilnog društva i državnih institucija.
Organizacija ima razvijena pravila i procedure o upravljanju ljudskim kadrovima, zaštiti djece, osiguranju kvaliteta omladinskog rada u zajednici, razvoju mreže volontera, organizovanju obrazovnih razmjena mladih i volontera i organizovanju omladinskih kampova. Forum MNE ima jasne finansijske procedure i razvoj programa zasniva na participativno razvijenim dugoročnim strateškim planovima.

Forum MNE has been active in Montenegro since 2002. It first started out as PRONI Institute for Social Education, then as Forum Syd, and ever since March 2007, it has been Forum MNE. On 28th of March 2007, by the decision of the founding board of Forum MNE and Forum Syd from Sweden, Forum MNE grew from an international project into a national based organization. Forum MNE initiates local strategies for the development of communities, through non-formal education and community youth work.
Since it was founded, Forum MNE has been largely supported by SIDA – Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency. Since 2006, Forum MNE developed partnerships with a great number of international as well as national donators, such as ERSTE Foundation, European Commission and Rockefeller Brothers Fund, all the while starting a network on a local, national, and European level.
Forum MNEs national partners are Directorate for Youth and Sport, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism, Vocational Educational Centre, municipality offices, Parliament of Montenegro etc.

The organisation employs four persons, engages over 15 trainers and youth workers and has a network of about 250 youth workers and 100 volunteers. The organisation is managed by the Committee consisted of five members (in the section Forum MNE/Steering Committee you may find details). An assembly of the organization consists of representatives of young people/group of young people with whom Forum MNE works, partner organisations, civil society and state institutions.
The organisation has developed rules and procedures on human resource management, children protection, insurance of quality of youth work in the community, development of the network of volunteers, organization of education exchanges of young people and volunteers and organization of youth camps. Forum MNE has clear financial procedures and it bases the program of development on participatory developed long-term strategic plans
